Proportion

In Japan right now, the whole country is still in shock, the northern part has sustained the worst earthquake ever measured in Japan, followed by one of the worst tsunamis ever seen — maybe the worst in terms of damage any where in the world.  Whole villages in Miyagi Prefecture have been swept away.  Tens of thousands of people are dead.
