Let's Go to Work

I’d like to echo Roger’s comments earlier today, about getting back “to the real business of our nation.”

This Congress was elected to do exactly one thing: Put a tourniquet on the bleeding. While I’m certain real cuts aren’t popular with the GOP leadership, Boehner seems to get it, and McConnell might even be catching on. And although the last few days must have been heady-yet-frightening ones for the incoming Tea Party freshmen, we can’t allow them to get caught up in the media maelstrom.
