Remember when Democrats and their media lapdogs insisted that questioning election results was practically treason—the gravest threat to democracy aside from Trump himself? Today, those same self-righteous guardians of “our sacred institutions” are now tripping over themselves to peddle wild-eyed conspiracy theories about the 2024 election. The irony is rich. The very people who once claimed that election skepticism was a mortal sin against the republic are now cobbling together a patchwork of flimsy logic to explain away their loss. Suddenly, what used to be sedition is now self-care. And as their delusions deepen, so does their detachment from reality.
Angela Rye, once a regular face on CNN and now apparently moonlighting as a tinfoil hat influencer, just delivered a masterclass in liberal hypocrisy. On her podcast, flanked by fellow leftist Tiffany Cross and the ever-relevant Andrew Gillum, Rye declared that she “still feels” Republicans cheated in 2024.
Her evidence?
"I don't have data, I have a gut feeling."
Ahh, yes, the gut feeling. Well then, case closed.
Seriously, though… the same people who demanded “evidence” from anyone daring to question the 2020 election are now content to run with vibes and tea leaves.
It gets better. Rye mused that maybe there won’t even be midterm elections, because—wait for it—Republicans might just cancel them to keep their grip on power.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
When Cross chimed in to say she thinks it’s “pointless” to even hope for change in the midterms, it wasn’t because of policy failures or a lack of vision—it was because, in her mind, the whole system is rigged against Democrats.
Yeah, the same system that wants us to believe that Joe Biden got 81 million votes is rigged against Democrats. Okay.
But wait—it gets even more ridiculous. Cross dragged in LaTosha Brown of Black Voters Matter, who floated the theory that there were “overwhelming” numbers of voters who supported Democrats down-ballot but picked Trump at the top. And apparently, that’s all the “evidence” they need to cry foul. Never mind that polls predicted this exact behavior—or that millions of voters, disgusted by the left’s radical agenda, chose to split their tickets intentionally. Nope. In their minds, it can’t possibly be a rejection of their policies—it has to be some grand conspiracy.

And then comes the pièce de résistance: Rye floated the theory that Elon Musk, the left’s latest boogeyman, hacked voting machines in Pennsylvania.
These are the same people who told us that doubting election outcomes was tantamount to treason… except for the 2000, 2004, 2016 and 2024 elections, anyway.
I mean, come on, you gotta read the fine print.
What’s really going on here? It’s simple: the left can’t handle the fact that real Americans—working-class folks, people outside the coastal elite bubble—rejected their agenda. They can’t accept that their obsession with identity politics, climate hysteria, butchering children, and censorship has alienated the very voters they claim to champion. So instead of looking in the mirror, they invent fairy tales about stolen elections and tech billionaire masterminds.
Meanwhile, the rest of us are left dealing with the fallout of Democrat policies: rising crime, open borders, inflation that’s crushing family budgets, and a culture war that’s turned common sense into heresy. But rather than address these failures, the left would rather retreat into fantasyland, blaming everyone but themselves for their losses.
