Conservatives and libertarians should get back to business - fast!

Without being disrespectful, it is time for conservative and libertarians to turn their attention as rapidly as possible from the tragedy in Tucson to the real business of our nation. Horrible as that was, it was the act of lone insane person. Meanwhile, much bigger events with far greater implications are transpiring. Lebanon is imploding with Hezbollah on the brink of taking over the country. Hu Jintao is arriving in Washington and our economy is still in shambles. And those are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. To wallow in who’s to blame for Tucson is playing ball on the wrong field – and I suspect the public knows it. Move on. People would welcome discussion of issues for which there is the real possibility of resolution.
