Funny Response to Celebrity 'Save the Day' Hillary Ad

While the original did have some tongue-in-cheek fun, it quickly devolved into boilerplate celebrity “the Republican is SCARY!” drivel. They’d like to have you believe it’s just this year, but they do that every presidential election. It’s almost impossible to count how many actors and musicians in the last five elections have threatened to leave the country if the Republican wins. As we found out during the George W. Bush years, they sadly never do.

This lighthearted response mocks the signature self-importance of the celebrities. They try to mock it too in the “Save the Day” video but the problem is that they all really do think they’re better and smarter, so it doesn’t work.
