Any attempts to even slightly modify abortion laws in the United States are immediately decried as “Draconian!” or “severely restrictive” by the pro-abortion lobbyists. Most of the proposed laws labeled as such wouldn’t even bring the laws here in line with what are generally far more conservative laws throughout most of Western Europe.
