Perp or Horny--You Decide

It states that some of the young victims did not want to come forward because the perpetrator was a woman. Take a look at what they say about a Dutch law that allows adults to have sex with 12-16 year olds legally if the youngster consents to it. Twelve seems too young to me–fourteen seems a more reasonable age to make that type of decision.
