Quarterback Cam Newton Apologizes to Women

No apologies necessary for kneeling during the national anthem, but, when an NFL player commits a liberal cardinal sin, he must apologize immediately. Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was asked a question during a press conference and he joked, “It’s funny to hear a female talk about routes; it’s funny.” Yep, that’s the big no-no. He insinuated that it’s not the norm for a woman reporter to know things about sports… How awful is he?!?

In two days, he’s already lost sponsors, so he had to release this “sincere” apology video. Talking about the kind of father he wants to be to his daughters, he admonished, “Don’t be like me, be better than me.”
