Former Obama State Dept. Spokesperson Says They 'Worked Very Hard to Get Warmbier Home'

Marie Harf, a former State Department spokesperson under President Obama, told Fox News that the Obama administration did everything it could to get Otto Warmbier released from North Korea. President Trump said Warmbier should have been released sooner. Is this a Carter vs. Reagan hostage situation, where Carter claimed to be doing a lot to get the Iranian hostages released but, right after Reagan was elected, Iran acquiesced because of Reagan’s strength; or is this an example of how the Obama administration loosened the jar for the Trump administration to finally open it?
