Rubio: 'Mexico's Not Going to Pay for the Wall'

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), a former Trump opponent, cut a big hole out of one of Trump’s main talking points and boldly said, “Mexico’s not going to pay for the wall.” But he did add, “By the way, America should, if we believe that’s in our national interests to do so.”
