Washington State Attorney General Accepts Trump's Court Challenge

Washington’s attorney general, Bob Ferguson, was the first to challenge President Trump’s travel ban. His challenge initiated an emergency stay that was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Afterwards, Trump tweeted: “See you in court.” Ferguson responded, “We’ve seen him in court twice, and we’re two-for-two.” Our nation continues to spiral into a major constitutional debate.
