Congressman Says Trump's Executive Order Puts Military Lives at Risk

Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA), who served four tours of duty in Iraq, says President Trump’s travel ban will hinder the needs of the troops to have good translators. He says that by disallowing interpreters to immigrate into the U.S., Trump is putting the lives of our armed forces at risk. Here’s his statement:

You literally put your lives in their hands. If you can’t do that, if you can’t find people who are willing to work with you, then you’re out in the cold and we’re not going to be able to find the terrorists and we’re not going to be able to protect ourselves.
