Chuck Todd Says Democrats Are Seriously Hurting

MSNBC’s Chuck Todd says that, for Democrats, it “doesn’t get much lower than this.” He highlights four states where Dems keep underperforming, and muses that the party has lost sight of the issues facing the middle class.
