Hillary Clinton Calls Trump Rash for Calling NYC Explosion 'a Bomb'

Looking frail, Hillary Clinton talked with the press about waiting to draw conclusions or plan any action when an incident of terrorism happens. She chided Donald Trump for immediately saying that Saturday’s Chelsea explosion was caused by a bomb. But this is the same woman that, as the Benghazi embassy was under attack, said it was about a film. Talk about rash judgement! What do you think?
