Derp stater Rosenstein to bounce from DOJ in March

Why is Mr. 25th amendment Rosenstein still hanging around the DOJ? The good news is he is supposed to be out by mid-March.

An official announcement of who has been selected to replace Rosenstein could come as early as this week. A Trump administration official added that Attorney General William Barr has picked Jeffrey Rosen, who currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation, to take over for Rosenstein.

Rosenstein recently popped back on the news radar after his fellow derp stater, “Andy’s Office” McCabe, told the world that Rosenstein wanted to pull a 25th Amendment on Trump. Yet another derper, former FBI general counsel James Baker testified that Rosenstein told him two cabinet members would support a 25 amendment action. I totally believe Rosenstein was part of this coup. If Rosenstein was so worried about Trump, why didn’t he resign and leave when Trump won? Why did he write a memo for Trump about why Comey should be fired? Because all these people are self-serving egomaniacs with no principles, that’s why.

Senator Lindsey Graham, chair of the Senate Judiciary, has vowed to investigate this lawless coup against Trump.

“I’m going to tell the country about McCabe and the people at the Department of Justice and how they behaved,” Graham said. “Did they take the law in their own hands? Did they abuse the FISA warrant process because they had a political agenda? Did their hatred of Trump go so far that they abandoned their role of being law enforcement agents and become advocates for a political cause? We’re going to get to the bottom of that.”

16 states sue over emergency declaration

This is not a surprise. All the states are Democrat-controlled. Maryland has a Republican governor but he is not really a Republican.

Sixteen states, including California, New York and Michigan, sued President Donald Trump on Monday to halt his controversial emergency declaration to open up funding for a border wall.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California late Monday, named the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon and Virginia as plaintiffs.

The suit is blocking the Trump admin’s “unauthorized construction of the border wall, and any illegal diversion of Congressionally appropriated funds.”

“Today, on Presidents Day, we take President Trump to court to block his misuse of presidential power. We’re suing President Trump to stop him from unilaterally robbing taxpayer funds lawfully set aside by Congress for the people of our states,” California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said in a statement. “For most of us, the Office of the Presidency is not a place for theatre.”

There are other lawsuits over the declaration.

House Democratic leaders are weighing a suit of their own, arguing Congress alone has the power to appropriate funds.

Public Citizen, an advocacy group representing Texas landowners whose property is threatened by the wall’s construction, sued Mr. Trump on Friday, and groups such as the American Civil Liberties Union have also said they plan to do the same.

What do you think? Do you think these legal obstacles will hurt Trump in 2020?

How many of those hate crimes we constantly hear about are hoaxes?

The media likes to tell us how hate crimes have skyrocketed after Trump and the MAGA racists won the election. Peter Hasson over at the Daily Caller sets that straight with a list of some of the most outrageous hate crime hoaxes. We never hear about the hoax part, just the initial, sensational claim. Don’t you ever wonder “Hey, did they catch the hateful MAGA racist who did that?”

Last night on Tucker’s show, Robby Soave was the guest. Soave is an editor at Reason who chronicles the hoax madness, especially the hoaxes that take place on campuses. You’ll want to watch this segment.
