A Schenectady, NY, man purchased ad time on the local TV network during the Super Bowl to propose to his girlfriend. Chris Garguilo sure surprised Kourtney Myers, who said, “I was like, ‘Why are you on TV when you’re sitting right next to me?'” She did say yes!
