Can we stop pretending that the system isn’t rigged against Donald Trump? From shameless media propaganda to endless witch hunts, fake impeachments, and weaponized lawfare, the deep state has thrown everything but the kitchen sink at him — and maybe that’s next. Let’s call it what it is: a full-scale assault on a man who dared to challenge the establishment and fight for America First.
The worst thing is that they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore.
In the latest twist in the “Signalgate” controversy, the government watchdog group American Oversight has filed a legal complaint, accusing several senior officials of violating the Federal Records Act by discussing military operations in a group chat. Now, as my PJ Media colleague Robert Spencer reported, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, the same judge who is blocking Trump from deporting illegal alien gang members, has now been "randomly assigned" to the case.
Naturally, Trump is furious.
“How disgraceful is it that ‘Judge’ James Boasberg has just been given a fourth ‘Trump Case,’ something which is, statistically, IMPOSSIBLE,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social. “There is no way for a Republican, especially a TRUMP REPUBLICAN, to win before him. He is Highly Conflicted, not only in his hatred of me — Massive Trump Derangement Syndrome! — but also, because of disqualifying family conflicts.”

Trump added, “Boasberg, who is the Chief Judge of the D.C. District Court, seems to be grabbing the ‘Trump Cases’ all to himself, even though it is not supposed to happen that way. Is there still such a thing as the ‘wheel,’ where the Judges are chosen fairly, and at random? The good news is that it probably doesn’t matter, because it is virtually impossible for me to get an Honest Ruling in D.C. Our Nation’s Courts are broken, with New York and D.C. being the most preeminent of all in their Corruption and Radicalism. There must be an immediate investigation of this Rigged System, before it is too late!”
Let's get to the heart of the matter. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe have both said in sworn testimony that the chat disclosed nothing classified. The Defense Department, which has the authority to determine what's classified and what isn't, backs this up.
With that settled, this is a complete non-issue. But the anti-Trump forces within the Deep State are desperate to manufacture a scandal. So it’s hardly surprising that the moment The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg published his report, a left-wing “watchdog” group conveniently had a flimsy legal complaint ready to go, and, just as predictably, the case has been “randomly assigned” to a judge with a well-documented grudge against Trump.
This is just the latest chapter in the establishment's endless crusade against Trump. The pattern is crystal clear: when they can't beat him fairly at the ballot box, they resort to lawfare and weaponized government agencies. They're not even trying to hide it anymore.
The American people aren't fooled. We see through this coordinated effort to derail Trump and his America First agenda. Every new investigation, every "randomly assigned" anti-Trump judge, and every breathless media hit piece only confirms what we already know: the system is indeed rigged, and it's more obvious than ever.
