Who can forget the way Joe Biden hid from the public in 2020 by campaigning from his basement? We called him out frequently for his shameful avoidance of the public under the guise of COVID safety. We all knew what it was really about: hiding his cognitive decline. Now, we have a new Democrat candidate who is doing her own version of basement campaigning.
It was inevitable that Kamala Harris was going to employ a new version of Joe Biden's basement campaign strategy — except that while he was trying to hide his cognitive decline, Harris is trying to hide her radicalism. Almost immediately after she became the presumptive nominee, she began trying to rebrand herself as a moderate. With the mainstream media's help, she's sought to rewrite history, pretending she was never the administration's border czar or supported banning fracking, among other issues. But flip-flopping isn't even the worst part of her strategy.
As you're aware, Kamala hasn't conducted any interviews since becoming the presumptive nominee, and, save for one brief incident, she has avoided unscripted moments completely. By steering clear of appearances that aren't completely controlled and flip-flopping on various issues, her campaign is desperately trying to hide what her real agenda is.
Harris's new campaign website, KamalaHarris.com, is curiously lacking a page that details what her platform is. The site contains biography pages for her and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn.), a "take action" page to sign up to help the campaign, a campaign store page, and a donate page.
That's it. There's nothing that details her position on anything. How will she fix the economy? You won't find out on her campaign website. What's her immigration policy? Don't waste time looking there. In an election where so much is at stake, Kamala Harris is clearly trying to keep herself and her true beliefs under the radar.
That stands in stark contrast to Donald Trump's campaign website, which goes into incredible detail about his agenda and how he plans to address the critical issues facing America.

“America needs determined Republican Leadership at every level of Government to address the core threats to our very survival: Our disastrously Open Border, our weakened Economy, crippling restrictions on American Energy Production, our depleted Military, attacks on the American System of Justice, and much more,” the preamble to the platform reads. "To make clear our commitment, we offer to the American people the 2024 GOP Platform to Make America Great Again! It is a forward-looking Agenda that begins with the following twenty promises that we will accomplish very quickly when we win the White House and Republican Majorities in the House and Senate."
Key Trump-Vance platform items include sealing the border to stop the migrant invasion and conducting the largest deportation operation in history. The platform aims to end inflation and make America affordable again by boosting domestic energy production to become the dominant global energy producer and stopping outsourcing to turn the U.S. into a manufacturing superpower. To increase financial stability, the platform proposes large tax cuts for workers, including eliminating taxes on tips.
The platform also emphasizes defending constitutional rights, such as freedom of speech, religion, and the right to bear arms, and ending government weaponization against its citizens. To curb crime, the platform explains how Trump wants to stop the migrant crime epidemic, demolish foreign drug cartels, and lock up violent offenders.
In terms of national security and infrastructure, the platform seeks to prevent World War III, restore peace in Europe and the Middle East, and build an American-made Iron Dome missile defense shield. It also includes plans to rebuild and modernize American cities, making them safe, clean, and beautiful again. Trump also wants to strengthen the military to be the most powerful in the world — with no more wokeness.
Trump isn't hiding from his agenda, but Kamala Harris is hiding from hers.
