Declassification: it’s what’s for breakfast

Late Thursday evening, President Trump ordered several agencies to cooperate with Attorney General Barr’s investigation into the origins of the RUSSIA-collusion hoax and gave Barr the authority to “declassify, downgrade, or direct the declassification or downgrading of information or intelligence” as he sees fit.

The White House statement reads:

Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election.

The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information.

Nadler: Mueller wants to testify in private

OH.HELL.NO.

Absolutely not. Robert Mueller needs to testify in public so everyone can see and hear what he says.

Nadler, appearing on “The Rachel Maddow Show” [snicker] on MSNBC Thursday night, said he doesn’t know why Mueller wants to testify privately as opposed to publicly.

“He is willing to make an opening statement but he wants to testify in private,” Nadler said. “We’re saying we think it’s important for the American people to hear from him and to hear his answers to questions about the report.”

This is a lie. Nadler doesn’t want Mueller to testify in public. It’s way too risky for him, considering the conclusions of the Mueller report. Plus, Nadler and his ilk want to be able to misrepresent and twist what Mueller says. He doesn’t want the GOPers to ask questions and have the public hear their answers.

“He envisions himself, correctly, as a man of great rectitude and apolitical and he doesn’t want to participate in anything that he might regard as a political spectacle,” Nadler said.

Too late, buddy, way too late.

“Especially if Republicans on the committee start asking him questions about this stuff, about the beginning of the investigation,” he added.

An investigation into the beginning of the RUSSIA-collusion hoax investigation is political, but the investigation itself was not political? The Democrats were very concerned that Trump might be under RUSSIAN influence. In fact, many of the more delusional Democrats and deep state malefactors actually asserted that Trump was a RUSSIAN asset. However, they don’t care if the intelligence community was hoodwinked into using RUSSIAN disinformation to start an investigation. This is how we know they are disingenuous in their RED SCARE hysteria.
