Britain's Biggest Family Welcomes Baby #19

Britain’s biggest family just keeps expanding. Noel and Sue Radford of Morecambe, in Lancashire, England, just welcomed their 19th child! The couple, who runs a family-owned bakery, first became parents when they were 14 years old. Since both had been given up for adoption when they were children, they decided to keep their baby, Chris, who is now 27. After getting married a few years after Chris’s birth, Noel and Sue have been welcoming babies nearly every year. Their latest addition, Phoebe, was recently born at a healthy 7 lbs 15 oz.

Sadly, the couple lost their son, Alfie, when Sue was 23 weeks pregnant, but they still proudly count him among their children. What’s surprising is that the family is open to having yet another baby, to hit an even 20. With nine loads of laundry needing to be done and 18 pints of milk consumed on a daily basis, Noel and Sue certainly have their work cut out for them. Luckily, the older kids help out both at home and with the family business.

From the Daily Mail:

The family now live in a large £240,000 Victorian house, a former care home, that they bought 11 years ago and they pride themselves on having no credit cards or finance agreements. They also enjoy a holiday abroad every year.
