Ballmer Says Yahoo Deal Better 'Sooner than Later'

“Good ideas are usually better done quickly than slowly.”  So says Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer. As expected, the departure of Jerry Yang has rekindled Ballmer’s interest in a deal with Yahoo and it’s something he says that he wants to move on quickly.  It’s been a tortured process getting these two companies to this point. Let’s hope it works this time – they need each other.
