China Cyber Attacks Against US Gov Accelerating

“China is stealing vast amounts of sensitive information from U.S. computer networks.”  That’s the warning given to Congress by a panel investigating US Cyber Security.  The 393 page report states that the Chinese are accelerating attacks on both commercial and US government computer networks.  The panel claims that  “China’s current cyber operations capability is so advanced, it can engage in forms of cyber warfare so sophisticated that the United States may be unable to counteract or even detect the efforts.”  Any suggestions?
