Google and Yahoo are locked in a legal battle with dozens of Argentine models and public figures over whether the companies should be forced to censor search results relating to people’s names. A restraining order against Google Argentina and Yahoo Argentina is supporting demands by celebrities in the nation to effectively block search results of their choosing, especially ones that may be embarrassing. Obviously, the order is being actively challenged by the duo, but the outcome of this one is very much in doubt.
