FTC OK's EA, Take-Two Merger

The Federal Trade Commission has cleared the way for the merger of game giants Electronic Arts and Take Two. The sometimes contentious merger talks have taken a more friendly tone recently and analysts expect EA may revise it’s offer in the wake of the Commission’s decision. Maybe we’ll see John Madden in Grand Theft Auto.
