Presidential hopeful and accused technophobe John McCain will reveal today specifics of his technology agenda. McCain is expected to support Net Neutrality and continue to oppose Internet taxes. Most curious of his reported proposals is a 10% tax credit on all wages paid to R&D workers. Maybe the Senator will also support raising the H1-B visa quota so companies have enough tech workers.
