This “big brother” rumor had paranoia running rampant through the usual circles and the drama of the idea was too delicious for the rumor mills to ignore. Did Apple build-in a “spy hole” in the iPhone in an attempt to keep control over owner’s units? The answer is – not surprisingly- yes! But Steve had an explaination – it’s to protect comsumers from possible bugs in App Store software. They are just doing it for your own good.
