It was Nintendo’s turn in the barrel today at the E3 2008 — and after Microsoft’s announcement yesterday of Netflix for the Xbox 360, it appears to have been something of a letdown. C/Net is disappointed that there were no announcements regarding new titles for hard-core gamers and nothing in the way of improved system storage — the latter need becoming increasingly desperate with the release of WiiWare. GamePro, by comparison, did find some good news in Nintendo’s announcement of a new motion-controlled Wii Music system that enables users to play drums, saxophone and other instruments just by moving about.
