“Operation Chaos” was Rush Limbaugh’s proto-reverse Alinsky-operation in 2008 to do what Democrats had been doing for years: cross parties (in completely legal fashion) to influence primary elections. In that case, it was to keep Hillary alive, and drain Obama campaign coffers fighting her.
