“Gov. Christie will cut all $65 million from NJ’s global warming fund.”
That should cheese off all of the right (read: left) people — and it is: NJ’s Sierra Club spokesman is having the to-be-expected kittens. But Christie has the perfect rebuttal if he wants it: aren’t jobs the most important thing in New Jersey right now? Isn’t cutting spending almost as important? The global warming “issue” is of course, boondoggle designed to slow the growth of the economy (just ask John Kerry), and as it is in so many areas, Christie can point to California as an early warning of just that.
