Meanwhile, Jesse Sr. is involved a scandal that — were he a religious leader on the right — would be on the front page of every newspaper in the country and playing 24/7 on all the cable news channels that lose in the ratings to Fox. Funny how while hypocrisy may be a mortal sin to the left, they’re sure happy to look the other way when one of their own is afflicted. (And savor the schadenfreude-tastic irony of a man who made his living for decades shaking down American businesses being shaken down himself.)
