Great catch by Don Surber:
The original headline for the New York Times read: “Baucus Releases Bipartisan Proposal.”
A reader pointed out that there is no Republican support for Democratic Sen. Max Baucus’s health deform bill, and so the headline became, “Baucus Releases Senate Health Care Proposal.”
But the URL still reads:
http://prescriptions.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/09/16/baucus-releases-bipartisan-proposal/
Well, it’s certainly Thomas Friedman’s definition of bipartisanship.
