Meanwhile, “I don’t really do predictions”, Glenn Reynolds smartly claims. “But I think that 2005 is going to turn out pretty well. It’s just a gut feeling, but I certainly hope so”.

Me too, obviously. At least the year isn’t beginning with the same election-charged “we’re going to the mattresses” undercurrent that 2004 began with.
