A photo of a bizarre portrait of Bill Clinton wearing a blue dress and red high heels was secretly taken at pervert Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion in October 2012. The Daily Mail on Wednesday published the photo, which was given to them by a source who had visited Epstein to present a business proposal.

The painting shows the former president flirtatiously lounging on a chair in what looks like the Oval Office, wearing red heels and a blue dress reminiscent of Monica Lewinsky. The source said it was situated in a room off the stairway of the pedophile’s lavish $56 million Upper East Side townhouse.

The painting, titled “I want you,” is by Australian-American artist Petrina Ryan-Kleid, the Daily Mail reported. It wasn’t immediately clear whether Epstein had bought the canvas or had a print mounted.

The source told the Daily Mail that during her visit that she also spotted a girl who seemed to be around 14 years old waiting to see Epstein.

She told the Daily Mail that she was shocked when she spotted the freaky pic.

“It was absolutely Bill Clinton. It was shocking — it was definitely a painting of him. It was a very provocative, sexual picture. He was wearing heels, a blue dress and his hand was in a weird position,” she said.

The color of the dress seemed to be a pointed reference to Clinton’s former intern Monica Lewinsky, who a blue dress during their infamous sexual encounter in the White House.

Epstein and Clinton were once friends, with the now 72-year-old flying on the now deceased financier’s private plane, dubbed the Lolita Express, several times and on his own account vising the town house once – making it possible he could have seen the bizarre painting.

Clinton has however denied being on Epstein’s ‘pedophile island,’ Little St. James – a denial which Donald Trump sought to cast doubt on this week.

The presence of the picture is a new twist in the relationship between Clinton, his family and Epstein.

Last month the former president’s office said he had not known anything of Epstein’s crimes and had taken four trips with him in 2002 and 2003 – although flight logs showed that he had taken a total of at least 26 individual flights in the course of those.

The source told the Daily Mail that she and her business partner spotted the painting through an open door while being led from the office to Epstein’s personal living quarters.

“I thought, ‘Why in the world would Epstein have that up?’ I didn’t even know that they knew each other,” the source said.

She added that when her business partner snapped the picture, she was “mortified because there were cameras everywhere.”

The hour and a half meeting had been arranged by Epstein’s then-assistant Lesley Groff, who was named as a possible accomplice and granted immunity in Epstein’s “sweetheart” plea deal in 2008.

While recently unsealed documents regarding the sexual predator do not include accusations against Clinton, the two appeared to be fairly close.

Epstein reportedly visited the White House numerous times while Clinton was president and appeared at a fundraiser with him in 1995, investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson noted. The pervert’s alleged co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell was pictured at Chelsea Clinton’s 2010 wedding to Marc Mezvinsky, at least a year after Bill Clinton claimed his relationship with Epstein ended.

Clinton previously acknowledged, through a spokesman, that he took four trips on Epstein’s private plane in 2002 and 2003: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa. The spokesman indicated that some of the stops were linked to Clinton Foundation work and that “Staff, supporters of the Foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of every trip.”

One trip in the early 2000s included Epstein, Clinton, comedian Chris Tucker and actor Kevin Spacey for a tour of an African AIDS treatment center.

Other reports claimed that flight manifest records appeared to indicate Clinton took many more flights, up to 27, on Epstein’s plane from 1999-2005.

In a deposition released with the new documents Friday, Giuffre said she flew on jets with Clinton and said she believed Clinton also flew on Epstein’s private helicopter, though she said she did not personally witness the helicopter travel. Giuffre testified that Clinton’s Secret Service detail was present with him on flights, though not physically next to him at all times.

New flight documents released Friday span from November 1995 through August 2013.

The source told the Daily Mail that while she and her partner were wrapping things up with Epstein’s private secretary, she noticed a young Hispanic girl “all hunched up over her phone, waiting to see him next.”

“I thought it was odd that she was in the same waiting room we were in,” she added. “She was really young – she looked about 14. I thought that maybe she was the housekeeper’s daughter.”

The woman told the Daily Mail that Epstein, he struck her as a “creepy” man.

“He came out in pajamas. He wasn’t messy but he had on a white t-shirt, pajama bottoms and bare feet. He was very grey and he looked creepy,” she said. “He looked like a villain to me. I immediately knew we didn’t want to do business with him, despite wanting the contract.”

She added: “I knew he would bury us if something went wrong.”
