White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was more than ready, willing and able to field a question regarding Hillary Clinton’s book, “What Happened” at the White House press briefing, Tuesday. By all appearances, she was also delighted.

A reporter asked Sanders if the president plans to read the book, and whether he’s heard any of the excerpts that have been released, so far.

“Whether or not he’s going to read Hillary Clinton’s book, I’m not sure, but I would think he’s pretty well versed on ‘what happened’ and I think that’s pretty clear to all of America,” she quipped.

“I think it’s sad that after Hillary Clinton ran one of the most negative campaigns in history and lost, and the last chapter of her public life is going to be now defined by propping up book sales with false and reckless attacks,” Sanders concluded.
