Execution of Mexican national upsets Mexico

As Bryan noted here, Texas went ahead on July 7th with the execution of a Mexican national who had been convicted of rape and murder years ago.  Texas did so because the Supreme Court, quite properly, refused to make her stop.  I just updated my blog article here to note that Mexico is all upset.

Don’t mess with Texas.
