This story approaches parody.  Take special note of bureaucrat Juana Fuentes-Bowles who was in the theatre and flexed her petty authority to both conjure up grievances and also threaten the theatre.  Guess what?  Thousands more examples of Juana Fuentes-Bowles are throughout your government.
