The Trump administration identified at least 20,000 noncitizen registered voters (and possibly 190,000) in California. Democrats’ response was essentially suck it up, buttercup; we already sent the ballots out, and we don’t care — we’ll see you in court first. They might more accurately have said that they much prefer to have fraud so that they can ensure Republican Steve Hilton doesn’t win the gubernatorial race.
Secretary of State Shirley Weber’s (D-Calif.) office sent out an official response, but Attorney General Rob Bonta (D-Calif.) also posted about it personally on X, essentially daring the Trump administration to make him enforce election integrity. “Mail ballots are already in most voters’ hands, and Election Day is less than three weeks away. Every count, recount, hand count, lawsuit, and audit has found that there’s no widespread voter fraud in the U.S.,” he lied brazenly. “The Trump Admin’s last-minute demands are meritless, and we look forward to making our case in court.”

Election integrity warrior and U.S. assistant attorney Bill Essayli is not satisfied with the brush-off. He confirmed the Trump administration is suing California. “We produced a list of 20,000 noncitizens on your voter rolls, and your response is ‘it’s too late’ because you already mailed the ballots. Not good enough. It’s a violation of the U.S. Constitution and federal law for California to dilute the votes of American citizens. One illegal ballot is too many. We will see you in court,” he wrote.

The reality is that Democrats have been cheating regularly in elections since at least the mid-19th century, and it would actually be shocking if they were not cheating in any given high-profile election. The Democrat Party has never really believed in allowing the American people to choose their elected representatives; it has always been a party of elitists who believe only they should be allowed to hold office, whether from racial, economic, or ideological “superiority.” Furthermore, Democrats have always believed that the ends justify the means, which is why they have been so receptive to socialist and Islamist influences over the years.
There are over 870,000 inactive voter registrations in California, at least 20,000 registered voter noncitizens, numerous individuals paying homeless people to vote for Democrats or lefty measures using other people’s names, and federally charged election fraudsters. The Democrats know all of this. Gov. Gavin Newsom has even signed a whole series of new laws specifically designed to punish anyone investigating or exposing fraud while protecting the machine.
Hopefully the Trump administration does not give up on this lawsuit. Steve Hilton has a very real chance of winning in California, which, like it or not, is incredibly influential and populous, if only mass fraud does not interfere.
