Ali Larijani, the top Iranian security official and mass murdering butcher, died in an Israeli strike Tuesday. Many exiled Iranians are hailing his death as a victory.
Larijani has been a key component in building up the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and, consequently, the regime’s massive global terrorist network and domestic tyranny for many years. Most recently, Larijani oversaw the IRGC’s horrendous massacre of more than 40,000 Persian people who were protesting the regime earlier this year. It is no wonder then that many exiled Iranians see his death as a cause of joy.
In fact, even Iranians still in their home country braved imprisonment and possible death to express their opinion of Larijani, as the New York Post reported: “Celebrations break out across Iran over death of security chief Ali Larijani: ‘Burn’.” I have a feeling they got their wish and Larijani is somewhere hotter than the Sahara in summer right now.
Persian freedom activists have been among the most enthusiastic and loyal supporters of Israel since the Oct. 7 massacre, even as antisemitism and anti-Israeli sentiment exploded around the world. Now Israeli troops are returning the favor in spectacular fashion. If the Islamic regime of Iran does collapse, Persia could become an ally of both Israel and the United States.
Foremost among the exiled Persians rejoicing is, of course, exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, whose potential return as the shah of Persia has been a constant theme of protesters within Iran. “Ali Larijani, Gholamreza Soleimani, and a number of other of the most notorious perpetrators of the ruthless massacre of Iran's children have met just punishment for their crimes. May this begin to heal the deep wounds of the great nation of Iran and the grieving hearts of the families of the immortal martyrs of the Lion and Sun Revolution,” Pahlavi wrote on X. He refers to the anti-regime uprising in Iran as the Lion and Sun Revolution.
He added, “I warn the guardians of corruption: lay down your arms, separate yourselves from the army of darkness, and join the army of light. Long live Iran!” Pahlavi has urged members of the Iranian military and security forces to side with the people against the regime. He hopes that the Islamic regime will collapse entirely, and he can help facilitate a transformation of Iran into a democratic state. He has also expressed his hope that Persia will be a U.S. ally in future.

X anti-Iranian regime activist account “The Persian Jewess” felt just as strongly about Larijani’s death (note: the Trump administration says the number of Iranians killed in January was over 32,000, while Pahlavi says it was over 40,000):
Ali Larijani murdered 35,000 Iranians in January.

He sent forces into hospitals to murder wounded protesters while they were still hooked up to IVs.
Then he would murder the doctors and nurses who treated them.

In defiance of the Khamenei regime’s harsh sharia law, many Persians both within Iran and abroad are celebrating an ancient fire festival, and some of the diaspora made cheering Larijani’s death part of the festival:

While leftists in America and Europe are screeching and wailing about how terrible the conflict with Iran is, and while U.S. antisemites spew endless hate against Israel, the freedom-loving Persian people could not be happier with the American and Israeli militaries.
