The Muslim fasting period of Ramadan is always a month of jihad, as Muslims around the world implement their religious texts’ injunctions to murder Jews and Christians. But this Ramadan, Christians and Jews are fighting back in spectacular fashion.
The West needs a new Crusade more urgently than ever, with huge hordes of Muslims having migrated to Europe and the USA, and Islam threatening to swallow every last country in the Middle East. All the propagandists having hysterics over the U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran are not recognizing that we have been at war not just for decades, but for centuries. This conflict goes back not only to the launch of the America-hating Islamic regime in Iran half a century ago, with its attacks on Americans directly or through proxies ever since, but all the way back some 1,400 years to the founding of Islam.
America — and Israel — did not have a choice about going to war. Our only choice was how we would respond to the cultish fanaticism of the terror-sponsoring Iranian regime and their perpetual chants of "death to America," not to mention their more recent and persistent efforts to assassinate our president. Hundreds of American soldiers, thousands of Israelis, and tens of thousands of Persians have died thanks to the Iranian regime's bloodlust. The regime has long attacked our men, planted terrorist sleeper cells in America, and infiltrated our country’s institutions. The war is not beginning — we can only hope it is ending.
As I have noted many times, Islamic "sacred" texts endorse jihad against non-Muslims (among the many other evils they approve). For example, Quran 9:5 says, “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them.”

But Jews are particularly singled out for murderous hatred, as for instance the Hadith Sahih Muslim 6985:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.
Of course, Ramadan can also sometimes be a month where more radical (which means more literal and devout) Muslims kill other Muslims who are either moderates or factional rivals. Strangely, even some Muslim dictatorships, such as the terror-sponsoring regime of Qatar, are currently helping the U.S. and Israel destroy the Iranian regime, which is stunning and historic.
But the main thrust of Ramadan jihad is always against non-Muslims, and particularly against Jews and Christians. I reported at the start of Ramadan 2026 that Muslim terrorists from Mali to Azerbaijan to Nigeria, and from ISIS to al-Qaeda, were calling for a month of jihad. How remarkable that for once at least one Christian nation and the world's only Jewish nation are fighting back in an operation whose effects could reverberate for decades to come.
