Your Obamacare kabuki LOL moment of the day. Congressional questioning isn’t likely to get a single straight answer out of Kathleen Sebelius. CNN provides us a sight gag in lieu of candor from the person who is implementing Obamacare.

During the hearing, Sebelius also promised that the website she claims has never crashed, will be fully functional by November 30.
