Carney Barker: By 'Phony Scandals,' We Mean the IRS Abuse and Benghazi

Remember when Barack Obama said that the IRS abuse of conservatives was “outrageous” and that he would get to the bottom of it?

Well, he doesn’t. Or, he was just saying that for grins.
