UN About to Vote on Durban II?

Phyllis Chesler alerts of an imminent UN vote on the funding of the Durban Review Conference on racism, a follow-up to the controversial 2001 event in South Africa that the US walked out of in disgust for its blatant anti-Semitism. She’s not so sure about America’s position this time.
