Richmond police forced to endure ‘LGBTQ Awareness Class’
Richmond police captain Kim Mooney is a no-nonsense kind of guy with testicular fortitude and a zero-tolerance policy on crime — specifically, on the crime of anti-transgender bigotry.
Which is why he got himself appointed “LGBTQ+ Community Liaison” in his official police capacity and is now in charge of something called the "LGBTQ Awareness Class," mandatory for all cops on the force.

"We all deserve safe spaces. We all deserve a world of trust, a world where we all belong. The Richmond Police Department is committed to those goals,” said Captain Kimberly Mooney, “and I am thrilled, as the new LGBTQ+ liaison, to be able to work with the community to help us all achieve them.”
The Richmond Police Department has named Captain Mooney as the Department’s LGBTQ+ Community Liaison (lesbian, gay, transgender and queer/questioning community). The mission of RPD’s LGBTQ+ Community Liaison is to facilitate conversations and strengthen relationships with the community as well as increasing awareness, training and knowledge of inclusiveness within the department.
“Richmond is a diverse city and it’s important we’re proactive to ensure we hear from all voices within the community we serve,” said Interim Police Chief Rick Edwards. “Captain Mooney has been a valued leader within our department for more than 18 years and as our LGBTQ+ liaison I’m confident she will foster those partnerships that are vitally important to our mission at RPD.”

For the record, according to these figures, Richmond has double the violent crime rate of the state average and a significantly higher overall crime rate.

Such is the autogynephiles’ — the term for men who find objectifying themselves as caricatures of women sexually gratifying — reductive, cartoonish take on femininity.
These, of course, are not people expressing their deeply held, true “gender identities,” as the narrative goes; these are fetishists who have managed to turn their parochial fetishes into protected categories beyond reproach, at the risk of accusations of bigotry hurled at anyone who might dare.

“Visibly trans” is a euphemism for “I have made literally zero effort to look or act like a woman in any way but now I’m demanding that you recognize me as such.”
