Shock Video: RT Reporter Surrounded, Harassed, and Robbed by Black Mob in Baltimore

While the national media was focused on the White House Correspondents Dinner last night, the #BlackLivesMatter crowd was shaking things up in Baltimore. And by “shaking things up,” I mean looting, rioting, robbing, and other various and sundry forms of law-breaking. The call has gone out and a plethora of radical groups such as (in addition to BlackLivesMatter) the National Action Network (NAN), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Nation of Islam (NoI), and the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) were bused in to supply hundreds of foot soldiers for the marches and protests.  The results, last night, were not pretty.

Michael Walsh already has one distressing video up highlighting last night’s mayhem. Here, via Truth Revolt, is another shocking video that was captured live by a reporter as she was being harassed and mobbed by a crowd of black youths.

The reporter, identified as Paulina Leonovich, was on the ground covering the Freddie Gray protests for Russia Today’s Ruptly news service. Freddie Gray is the 25-year-old black man whose spine was severed when he was arrested on April 12. He died a week later.

The video shows an angry and aggressive mob surrounding the reporter, making obscene hand gestures, yelling vulgarities and getting alarmingly close to her  until someone snatches her purse — at which point the distraught reporter can be heard yelling “give it back!” as she chases the thieves down the street.  The Baltimore police enter the scene and one of the men is taken to the ground, but it’s not clear whether or not they have retrieved her purse. Leonovich can be heard sobbing and she cuts the live feed.
