The Hoover Institution did an in-depth report on ObamaCare implementation, and… well… read for yourself:
Depending on policy decisions yet to be finalized by elected officials at all levels of government, the ACA could ultimately prove either far more expensive—or significantly less so—than originally estimated.
But that’s OK. It’s not like we’re budgeting anymore, anyway.

– will be healthier and live longer — or not.
What kidders they are at the Hoover Institution.
The earth has a better chance of being destroyed by a giant asteroid by the end of today than obamacare has of costing under 2 trillion a year within 10 years.
Actually, that’s a conservative estimate. It’s just that a 5T a year price tag may be slightly less likely than an asteroid obliteration.
SMoD! Where are you? We NEED you.
You mean like that 45 mile wide one that is passing less the 20,000 miles from the Earth later today?

One quip: a lot of the decisions waiting to be made are not being made by elected officials, but rather by appointed ones. Obamacare grants near dictatorial power to create policy to a few executive appointees. That was Obamacare’s Achilles heel. If Romney had been elected he could’ve replaced Obama’s appointees with people who would gut the most damaging aspects of the legislation. It may still be a weakness, if Obamacare turns out to be as big a disaster as we all know it will be a Republican may be able to get significant support in 2016 pledging to get rid of Sebelius and the rest of Obama’s clowns.
Well … now that we’ve passed it … we still don’t know all that’s in it?
Wow! Who’d a “thunk” it!
And since a significant number of people are likely going to lose their insurance because of it and then will likely not be able to afford the minimum mandated insurance (20K/year for a family of 5), we still may never find out what’s in it because we can’t.
The fact that both the pharmaceutical and insurance industries supported the bill should have been the first clue.
We have to pass the Obamacare to find out what’s in it and anyway what difference does it make.
4 more years folks, get exited…
