How Would Romney have Handled Netanyahu's Meeting Request?

On Tuesday, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu requested a meeting with President Obama at the end of the month. The Israelis say that they offered to meet in Washington, while the Obama administration insists that no such offer was made. The Obama administration initially turned the request down, only to reverse course and hold an hour-long phone call with Netanyahu Tuesday night.
