Islamic Speech Police Lobby Eric Holder’s DOJ

This Daily Caller story must be read to be believed:

Top Justice Department officials convened a meeting Wednesday where invited Islamic advocates lobbied them for cutbacks in anti-terror funding, changes in agents’ training manuals, additional curbs on investigators and a legal declaration that U.S. citizens’ criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination.

The department’s “civil rights lawyers are top of the line — I say this with utter honesty — I know they can come up with a way” to redefine criticism as discrimination, said Sahar Aziz, a female, Egyptian-American lawyer.

“I’d be willing to give a shot at it,” said Aziz, who is a fellow at the Michigan-based Muslim advocacy group, the Institute for Social Policy & Understanding.

The audience of Islamic advocates and department officials included Tom Perez, who heads the department’s division of civil rights.

My new book Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department details how throughout the DOJ, Eric Holder has hired platoons of new lawyers who previously worked for terrorists. Even the beneficiaries of the dismissal of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case were rabid anti-Semites.

Why would anyone at Eric Holder’s Justice Department (even the truth-challenged Tom Perez) waste their time with radicals who seem to have no respect for the First Amendment and American traditions limiting government power over free speech?  To ask the question is to answer it.

One thing is clear — these Islamic would-be speech totalitarians went to the right place: the DOJ Civil Rights Division. For there they will find the most receptive audience possible inside the DOJ toward exerting lawless federal power to aid the pet cause of the latest victim group.  If anyone can “come up with a way” to do something the law doesn’t permit, the Civil Rights Division can.  This is a central story of my book Injustice: how the DOJ Civil Rights Division has not only become politicized, but also has become radicalized and pays little attention to the law (to the tune of over $4,000,000 in legal sanctions).  According to the report, Tom Perez had no criticism for the proposed restrictions on the First Amendment. Hopefully freedom loving Americans and Jewish voters in places like Pennsylvania and Florida can relieve the scandal-plagued Assistant Attorney General of his job in January 2013.

      Can you believe these clowns?
Islamic advocates lobbied for cutbacks in anti-terror funding.
How much clearer does it have to get that these Islamists are advocate operatives for terrorists.

Hopefully the author of this piece will be the new attorney general after the current White House occupant joins the unemployment line. He will need to make a complete housecleaning and will encounter civil service unions etc.

In order to get rid of most of the liberal trash he might be required to open an “Office of Global Warming Affairs” and transfer all of the new appointees to the glistening new Igloo Office at Point Barrow, Alaska where there is no court house and only a very limited travel budget. Many of the EPA traitors can share office space here. If none want to take up their new appointments, they can resign.

I am astounded that Sahar Aziz, a female, Egyptian-American lawyer has not said a word about Nagla Al-Imam, a female, Egyptian lawyer convert to Christianity. What has happened to Nagla Al-Imam? Sahar Aziz also seems to conveniently ignore the endemic persecution of Christians in the Islamic world. It would seem to me that whenever a Muslim begins to take the teachings of Islam seriously that he cannot avoid endorsing radical Islamism.

Devout Christians condemn the beliefs and behaviour of those claiming to be Christians but who do not follow the command not only to love God, but also their neighbour and even their enemies. A similar test should be applied to devout Muslims. Do they condemn the beliefs and behaviour of fellow Muslims who promote radical Islamism? I think the Justice Department should insist that Sahar Aziz be subject to this test before they listen to her objections to Americans who are critical of Muslims.

    • Walt C

Devout muslims are the ones that advocate violence against non-believers.

The New Testament says lovey they neighbor as thyself. The koran says kill the unbelievers where ever you find them.

How do you tell a devout muslim from a radical muslim? A devout muslim supports the radical through silence and using our laws to impose islamic law on all of us through hate speech legislation. A radical just sets off a bomb.

      Both are equally dangerous.

      • Tim Bus

The devout mohammedan holds you down,
the radical mohammedan swings the sword.

        The secular mohammedan watches.

  4. One of the reasons the nation is so shaky just now is that it’s under a multi-pronged attack:
    – Economic dislocation;
    – Swiftly advancing totalitarian government;
    – Islam-powered terrorism;
    – Racial and ethnic particularism;
    – Mass illegal immigration.

The aspect of this attack that’s most frequently under-served is Islam’s role in it. It goes well beyond outright terrorism. A look at matters such as Mr. Adams cites here, or the behavior of Muslims within their American exclaves should convince anyone that this is a threat that must not be ignored. But our other troubles have shoved this one onto a back burner, if not entirely off the stove.

We are at war with Islam, despite all protests to the contrary. Be aware, and be ready.

      This is a must-read comment.

I have some things to add, perhaps…but, maybe later in the comments. It ought to stand alone and be considered by every reader here.

    Dear Mr. Perez:

While I know you believe that the U.S. Constitution is a mere suggestion as to how the United States should conduct its affairs, and a moldy and unnecessary impediment to your ability to trample the rights of U.S. citizens, please do re-read the First Amendment. It reads as follows:

    Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

So, what does it do for you? Well, yes, it does give Muslims the right to petition your office for a “redress of grievances,” but it does not require you to do as they ask. It also says anyone may practice their religion and that the Government may not establish a State religion. I suppose you received a law degree from some college or university so I imagine you know that the Supreme Court and Congress have both determined that the practice of a religion may not contravene U.S. laws, i.e., polygamy, honor killings, etc. Furthermore, the Amendment gives me and all citizens the right to criticize Islam, Muslims, the KKK, and anyone else we please so long as we don’t incite violence against the object(s) of our wrath.

Mr. Perez, you are a perfect example of the deluded, deceitful, dishonest, disrespectful useful idiots with which Holder has populated the Department of Justice. Fortunately for the rest of us, you will be out of office in 15 months. Unfortunately for the rest of us, you will likely be there for that long.

    Regards, Spinoneone

    • Zamir

Well said! I have nothing to add to this excellent comment.

    • Tim Bus

      I have something to add:
does that law apply to cults?

  6. “citizens criticism of islam constitutes racial discrimination”
Muslims condemning citizens as racists constitutes racial discrimination.
Off setting penalties. What else you got?
Just for the DOJ’s benefit you should know that to love is to discriminate
Your dam right we discriminate, to discriminate is to reason.

  7. Well, so much for the First Amendment. Then it is up to us to defend it. Vote these bums out of office in 2012. Prosecute Holder for that horrific “Fast and Furious” scandal and fire all of those “czars” that Obama hired. Then clamp down on the unlawful powers of those Federal agencies that are killing this country, such as the EPA and the Department of Energy. All this would be a fine start to bringing this country back to normal. And, after a few years of Obama, we do NEED to get back to normal.

    • Strider

No, don’t “clamp down” on those federal agencies — someone could remove the clamps later. Simply shut them down. Energy, Education, HUD, HHS, EPA, and ATF all must go — and that’s just for starters.

  8. 8. Anonymous

So expression of non-muslim beliefs and disagreement with Sharia will be “racist” officially now.

    • ErisGuy

Disparagement of Sharia is as racist as every other act labelled racism by Holder and the Left.

  9. 9. SG-1

The bigger picture may be that the national socialists, in order to incite extreme violence, are supporting everything muslim. That way, when they start rioting and extorting for their precious “right to not be offended”, the national socialists have given them the green light to do so. Then, with civil unrest the norm, and muslims out-and-out assaulting non-muslims on a regular basis (Think Europe, only in a huge, exponential way) then, they are effectively doing the dirty work that the national socialists WANT to do, but know that will defeat their cause of centralized, control-over-your-life (thence, the money)government rule.

This fits into their plan very well. When you don’t have enough union stooges, and project OWS is a monumental failure, and you need ready-made perpetually angry nutjobs, the muslims are right there, tailor-made for supporting the socialist cause. If they could co-opt the blacks, they are pretty confident they can co-opt the muslims.

Once the muslims have set about on their killing sprees and thus, taking care of the most conservative elements in the US, then the white, racist, bigoted national socialist “leaders” can crack down on them and keep them in line, so they think.

But they’re playing with fire. They don’t know this and they think they can contain the potential damage they will do. Again, they learn nothing from Europe and their arrogance is astounding. Once they let it out of the bag, which is what they are trying to orchestrate now under the guise of “special rights” in a very illegal and unconstitutional way, they will find themselves at the very point of the sword they encouraged to come forth.

And the US will no longer be, unless citizens decide to not put up with it. Which may be the most strong possibility.

    • Zamir

A valid and well reasoned argument. Regarding the citizenry, I truly don’t think that enough of them actually have the willpower to confront a murderer in broad daylight. The conditioned response that has been forced upon us all is that the -police- are supposed to fight the “bad guys”. The snowball effect has caused the police to be massively outnumbered in their continuous fight as everyday police simply watch or do nothing at all.

Our people may bear the right to bear arms, but how many will when the time comes? How many even know how to defend themselves?

These are painful things to think about when you travel back in history to see how our nation used to be made of sterner stuff. Truly in a war between all of the forces you have mentioned and us, we stand no chance. If the military can come to the citizens’ aide, then we have a fighting chance.

But as a bottom line…what percentage of the citizenry would be able to effectively combat these threats? I predict 10%, at the most. How likely is it that the military will defend its own citizens? I’d say it’s a 25% chance.

The military is conditioned to -always- listen to the Commander in Chief. If the Commander in Chief says to shoot all of the opposition, there’d be probably a 50-50 breakdown between those who would actually listen and those who would go AWOL. Now out of the 50% who actually decided to stand up for the people, recognize that both NATO and the UN have a claim in our troops as well. Literally 25% of our military operates under our government -at the discretion of those inter-government entities-.

I’ve actually read some of those documents while I was Active Duty as a publications librarian (collateral duty). Scary times, very frightening times.

How wrong you are Zamir. I can’t speak for the other services, but the Marines will defend the constitution, regardless of what the president says. I swore an oath to defend the constitution first, and illegal orders to the contrary would have dire consequences for anyone wishing to use the military against the citizens of the U.S.

  10. 10. Kitsune

It’s disgusting, and telling, and maybe the TRUE racism/bigotry, that the left looks at Islam as their “sword” to do their fighting for them. None of them want to get their hands dirty, to get in the line of fire, so they’re willing to sell everyone else out to the prospect of The Shari’Ah just so Jihadis and Islamists will do their fighting for them.

  11. 11. Gork

How can anyone become an attorney and not understand the full implications of the First Amendment of the Constitution?

It is legal for even the most odious of organizations, such as NAMBLA, to publish their views. Cross burnings by the KKK are perfectly legal as long as they’re conducted on private land. We allow Neo-Nazis to march through a Jewish community in Illinois. We allow “artists” to depict a crucifix in Urine –even at public expense.

Free speech is one of the cornerstones of this country. If anyone doesn’t like it, even Muslims, they also have a right of departure. I recommend they use it.

I read the excerpt from “Injustice” when it was first posted on PJM. I was shocked then and I’m shocked now by this latest revelation of racialist stupidity and cupidity at DOJ.

The first big wave of affirmative action n-words have been voted in and empowered and occupy high places in government. The taxpayer-educated African American stupids in charge have been blessed by a generous citizenry with privileges and opportunities far beyond their means, their just right, or intellectual and moral capacities. These wildly over-credentialed, abysmally ignorant and unlearned African American success stories delight a J-school educated, equally spoiled, undeserving and over-credentialed media mob and their mush-minded and uncritical national audience. Confused and self-deluded, these race-normed African Americans and their liberal white supporters imagine the civil rights movement of the Nineteen-sixties was the Civil War of the Eighteen-sixties.

For near three years under an African American president and his like-minded appointees, America has been in the dismal, writhing depths of Reconstruction.

2012 has to bring a major house-cleaning. The racist N-words have to be sent packing.

I worked in the DOJ during the regime of Janet (Big Mamma) Reno when Erick Holder was Deputy AG. The regime was incredibly biased against Whites, Males, and heterosexuals then. It is far worse now. Reno was in office to protect Clinton. Holder is currently AG to protect and carry out Obama’s racial and socialist manifesto. I am 81, served a number of tours in Washington, and this is the worst administration every to blacken the White House and corrupt the government.

    MUSLIM ATTORNEY’S 10/20/2011
    BNI
I WAS THINKING, WHAT DOES SOMEONE NEED TO DO TO BECOME AN ATTORNEY? LAW SCHOOL, THE BAR, BUT WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE IS THEY HAVE TO SWEAR AN OATH TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, TO BE AN OFFICER OF THE COURT. ALSO, THEY MUST UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED, UNDER CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
MY THOUGHT IS, THESE MUSLIM ATTORNEYS ARE NOT REALLY ATTORNEYS, OR THEY ARE NOT MUSLIM. WHICH IS IT? IF THEY PROCLAIM TO BE MUSLIM, THEIR ONLY ALLEGIANCE IS TO ISLAM AND SHARIA, BY THEIR OWN DEFINITION AND ADMISSION. THEY ARE THEN GUILTY OF PERJURY, TREASON, SEDITION, HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS AND MANY OTHER CRIMES. THIS IS PUNISHABLE BY DEATH IN TIME OF WAR. ARE WE NOT AT WAR? IF THEY HAVE SWORN ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, AND TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THUS THEY ARE APOSTATE AND SUBJECT TO DEATH BY SHARIA.
IF THEY HAVE NOT DENOUNCED ISLAM AND SHARIA PUBLICLY, THEN THEY HAVE NOT DENOUNCED ISLAM OR SHARIA.
THEY CANNOT ADVOCATE SHARIA AND ISLAM, AND SAY THEY DENOUNCED SHARIA AND ISLAM. AGAIN PERJURY, HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS, TREASON, SEDITION. AGAIN, THE DEATH PENALTY IS ON THE TABLE.
IF OUR POLITICIANS DO NOT PROCEED AFTER THESE MUSLIM ATTORNEY’S AND CHARGE THEM WITH TREASON, SEDITION, HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS, THEN THOSE THAT DO NOT CHARGE THESE PEOPLE WITH SAID CRIMES AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE CHARGED WITH TREASON, AIDING AND ABETTING, SEDITION AND AIDING AND ABETTING. HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS, AIDING AND ABETTING. AND BOTH WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
ANYONE RUNNING FOR OFFICE THAT TRIES TO SIDE STEP THIS ISSUE DOES NOT GET MY VOTE, THAT WOULD MAKE THEM CO-CONSPIRATORS. THAT MEANS THEY COULD BE CHARGED WITH CRIMES AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Thought I would pass this along.

But both islamists and left/liberal believe in lying for a good cause

    • DaveJ

You shouldn’t have. Really. It is full of misinformation. Lawyers are tyypically admitted to the bar of a state supreme court. They may later be admitted to practice before other courts, i.e. other state courts, various appellate courts, military courts, or the U.S. Supreme Court Their oath is to the Constitution, never to a court. They swear to faithfully uphold the office.
There are no criminal charges automatically available for violating their duties as officers of the court- which doesn’t mean what you think it means.
Any criminal charges would depend on specific misconduct under esentially the same laws that apply to everyone. The only punishment available for violating their oath of office is disbarment or suspension of license. Time of war doesn’t matter as far as their status as attorneys; they are not officers and employees of the government solely because they are lawyers.

Don’t know where you found that stuff, but it surely did not come from anyone who has any concept of Constitutional law.

” . . . and a legal declaration that U.S. citizens’ criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination.”

Muslims include the Arab peoples of the Middle East.

Muslims include the Caucasians of Southern Europe and elsewhere.

    Muslims include black Africans.

Muslims include Central Asians and East Asians.

Muslims no doubt include other racial groups.

So when you are racist because of your attitudes toward the religion of Islam, which racial group are you prejudiced against? Really. Doesn’t that question undermine the assertion? Unless we want to change the meaning of “racism” to “any politically incorrect attitude.”

True racism is a horrible thing. It is a tragedy for society as a whole that the self-appointed warriors against racism seem determined to dilute its meaning into nothingness.

    • johninohio

You make an excellent point. However, I’m sure their intent isn’t to diminish the meaning of racism. Far from it. They simply seek to exploit a strategy that has successfully wrenched wealth and privilege for aggrieved minorities from the white majority. “Racism” is the gift that keeps on giving.

“…Hopefully freedom loving Americans and Jewish voters in places like Pennsylvania and Florida can relieve the scandal-plagued Assistant Attorney General of his job in January 2013…”

Alas, the eternally damned Jews. Especially the bingo, shuffleboard, gin-rummy and mah-jong playing retired old Hebrews in Florida. These elderly anachronisms recall a time when labor unions had a raison d’etre. A time of grinding poverty and unfettered capitalism that required open rioting and head-busting by labor and management thugs, the implementation of a five day workweek, the National Labor relations act and Taft-Hartley etc. to straighten out and achieve some form of equitable relations between American Management and American Labor.

These backward old Florida Jews, long past laboring in sweatshops and far from the Bronx and Brooklyn and Lower East Side of their nativity, don’t much worry about their daily bread and are satisfied to leave management of America’s future to their children and grandchildren. They’re quaintly and nostalgically wedded to the Democrat party that ingratiated itself with and exploited labor and the labor movement from the very beginning.

The dense and disinterested old Yids in the Sunshine State don’t appreciate that public sector union employees today outnumber and outearn employees in the private sector. The don’t appreciate that the thuggish sons of the union thugs of their day like Hoffa and the sons of thuggish politicians of their day like Daley, along with a sleazy pack of radical leftist African American and Jewish politicians, professors bureaucrats and lawyers are ruining America for their grandchildren.

There is a cure. Jews, even hidebound old Jews are educable. Shurat Hadin, the savvy and effective legal organization that stopped the radical flotilla to Gaza, has affiliates in Miami. Republican party activists have to link with Shurat Hadin and other conservative Jewish groups in Florida and aggressively lobby the idle and confused old Hebrews in Goysville Florida, whiling away their last days pining for a good, albeit medically forbidden, pastrami sandwich and getting skin cancer in the Florida sun. A grass roots, eldercare-facility to eldercare-facility campaign to publicly and privately persuade retired Florida Jews to eject the s-word in the white house and his s-word Attorney General in 2012.

For an organized and dedicated campaign, this retired sixty-five year old former Hymietown synagogue director stands ready to travel to Florida and volunteer his time.

    • Isahiah62

Much as I am disgusted and disappointed by the response of my fellow JEWS to the Democrat org that has betrayed them, I am equally outraged and disgusted by your disrespectful, hateful degrading comments, full of ugly sterotypes and namecalling. Manyof those old people are my own family and as much as I disagree with their politics I would never dream of hurling such hate to them.

This side would be better off with you staying home, please don’t go to Florida with your snarky, superior attitudes. People like yourself will only persuade people to be defensive and dig their heels in.

and you work for a synagogue? youare the kind of JEW I am ashamed of.

  23. 23. Jeffrey

Of course the false prophet Mohammed and his followers are the fast track to hell. Just because they want to take Eric Holder with them doesn’t mean we should stand in their way. The Justice department is now set for the biggest cleanout in its history, lots of jail time coming for these haters of the USA.
These people have been cursed by the real God and as you all may have noticed, they cannot shut up and cannot hide behind anything but their hate.
The wicked destroy them selves and we have many examples going on right now to prove it. The truth cannot be hidden.

  24. 24. johninohio

    Re-read the first paragraph:

“Top Justice Department officials convened a meeting Wednesday where invited Islamic advocates lobbied them for cutbacks in anti-terror funding, changes in agents’ training manuals, additional curbs on investigators and a legal declaration that U.S. citizens’ criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination.”

Why would the Justice Department invite islamic advocates to lobby them? They want the lobbiests to pay them for their services, or to pay someone else in the administration for their services. Would you like to guess who?

With Clinton, it was just the Lincoln bedroom that was for rent. Now, under Obama, its the Justice department thats for rent. Do you feel that knife going into your back?

The American people, the ones who make it all work, should do a “Occupy the Whitehouse”. They can’t shoot us all, can they?

you say it’s not needed since Obama will be out in 2013? That remains to be seen. The world is too perverse to be sure about that. I was sure Clinton would never be re-elected.

  25. So; Premonition is now considered “racist”?
How does any law enforcement operate within the law then?
The U.S. military is a “racist’ organization, too. Look at all the “ethnic” groups it has singled out for “persecution”.

  26. 26. jbtx

You guys are just talking about the DOJ,,, right?

I’ve got a news flash for you, I’m guessing the corruption goes much deeper and higher than Eric Holder. He’s going to be the patsy for Obama. Think “Watergate + Murder”,,, this is going to be a very big deal if the MSM ever gets on board.

  27. 27. tanstaafl

I know they can come up with a way to redefine criticism as discrimination, said Sahar Aziz, a female, Egyptian-American lawyer.

Sahar could go all the way back to this nation’s earliest leaders. Maybe she can use her legal training to file a lawsuit (retroactive or something) against John Quincy Adams, who analyzed Islam’s founder & essence quite well.

“In the seventh century of the Christian era a wandering Arab, of the
lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent
genius with the preternatural energy of a fanatic and the fraudulent
spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven,
and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the
earth. Adopting, from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the
doctrine of one omnipotent God, he connected indissolubly with it the
audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle.
Adopting, from the new revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of
immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust by
adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the
gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human
felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex,
and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and
exterminating war as a part of his religion against all the rest of
mankind. The essence of his doctrine was violence and lust; to exalt the
brutal over the spiritual part of human nature.”
