It’s an extremely active page with multiple daily posts and thousands of “likes” and comments on many posts. The page takes on new relevance today, with the first terrorist attack in Jerusalem since 2004 having injured 25.
The intifada page includes a threat: If facebook pulls it, Muslims will “boycott Facebook for ever.”
In terms of visual symbology, take a look at the Third Intifada page’s main logo.

Update: I was wondering how fast the facebook page was growing so I checked its “likes” at 4 pm. At that point, it had 248,781 likes. At 5 pm, it had 251,499 likes. The page grew by 2,718 likes in one hour. That’s very fast growth for a facebook page, by any standard.
Are people that participate in the intifada considered “civilians” for combat purposes? Just wondering if Israel is getting a little tired of being attacked. If you’re going to fight, fight to win or surrender. As Yoda said “do or do not, there is no try”.
Well, the Geneva Conventions certainly do not apply if the civilians at large participate or willingly acquiesce to hosting such activities in their midst.

assuming that the question is serious – the stone throwers are civilians and are protected. the suicide bombers and their networks are terrorists and not protected by any conventions.

The Beck example strikes me as a stretch — it has multiple fists and they’re at rakish angles. OTOH, that Commie logo in the piece you linked, Poul, is a dead ringer for the three in this piece.
