Virginia has Filed its Petition for an Expedited Resolution of ObamaCare in the SCOTUS

The attorney general of the Commonwealth of Virginia has filed its petition requesting an expedited hearing before the US Supreme Court on its suit to declare ObamaCare unconstitutional. Technically, the motion is captioned  Petition For A Writ Of Certiorari Before Judgment because the  Commonwealth is seeking the grant of a writ of certiorari before the Court of Appeals hears or acts on the cross motions for appeal from the lower court ruling that the individual mandate is unconstitutional but can be severed from the remainder of the act.
