Introducing: Glitter Beards

Yes, a funny phenomenon seems to have spontaneously popped up in which men are covering their facial hair in shimmer as a show of holiday spirit. And, of course, they are taking selfies and posting them with the hashtag #glitterbeard because we are now a generation of people who needs to document everything and immediately show others in far-off places. If you’re asking yourself why, allow us to ask you a better question: Why not? What is a beard if not a decorative feature for the face? It makes sense that you would want to deck it in something festive like glitter—it’s less complicated than stringing lights through it. Would your dude end up with sparkly bits in his egg nog? Sure. It’s probably not the most practical thing in the world but, then, neither is the high heel and we women suffer through those pains all the time.
